The Bay Area Team of Professionals Alliance (BATOPA) is a non-profit organization consisting of professionals from across the Tampa Bay area, linked together to formulate a team that is committed to raising awareness and funds for local nonprofit organizations that support education and wellness.
BATOPA was formulated in 2018. It is incorporated into the State of Florida as a 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization. It is most recognized for their annual Pink Carpet Ball, which is a royal celebration in lieu of breast cancer awareness, “declaring that cancer is a word,not a sentence.” BATOPA not only raises awareness, but also raises funds to help assist deserving organizations.
